We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rakuten Kobo eReader; if you are not, you may return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that digital eBooks and audiobooks are generally non-refundable once the download or streaming process has begun.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Kobo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eReader and all original accessories, including the charging cable and documentation, back into the original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
